Product Description

Now available in the UK and Europe, the high performance Wren inverted suspension fork for fatbikes.  Unlike other Fat bike forks we've been able to get our hands on, these are proper high performance equipment - advanced internals with dual air chamber and stiff 36mm oversize stanchions with internal keyways to ensure a smooth, plush and stiff performance - perfect if you like to ride your fat bike a bit harder than most, or you like to ride it on harder terrain as well as snow and sand.

The Wren Aluminum Fat Bike Suspension Fork continues to set the standard with the addition of keyed stanchions. Similar to the design of a motorcycle fork, the keyed stanchions prevent stanchion twist and keep you running true. Our inverted design puts the 36mm stanchions on the bottom reducing the lower mass of the fork making it more responsive to the trail. Our beefed up crown and 43mm uppers provide the strength and torsional rigidity. All Wren suspension forks have fully adjustable rebound and compression on the oil side. In addition, we have a rider accessible dial to make compression adjustments on the fly including lockout. Our new TwinAir air spring allows for quick and easy pressure changes to keep you fine tuned for the trail. Attention snow riders - this fork works in the cold. Get your freeze on!

  1. Best fat suspension fork.

Posted by Marcus Dyson on 19th Apr 2017

Fat bike riders are not presented with many suspension fork options. The RockShox Bluto is a perfectly good option. But for more serious riding, Wren offer a more serious proposition. More travel, better stiffness and a plusher action mean that the Wren fork offers a better package than any other fat-bike fork out there.

The inverted design seems logical to me, but many people seem ideologically opposed to it, mainly due to the risk of stanchion damage from rock strikes. But Wren provides a pretty durable carbon bash guard which minimises this risk.

Only thing is - at 150mm of Travel, there are few (no???) Fat Bike frames capable of matching it. There is the option of a 110mm version, but I'm running the 150 out of spec for my 120mm rear travel frame, and the combination works well, even if it does void my frame warranty, and make climbing a bit harder.

A dual position version of this fork would be amazing!
